This B&B is an excellent choice for people who enjoy good design. The concept of marrying old and new with the bit af glamour and Italian style is really working in that old house. The rooms are stylish and modern but at the same time stay cosy and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet so we had a good night sleep there! If you enjoy browsing through some design magazines and books - you will find quite a choice there. The breakfast was very good and could be also served in the garden when the weather allows.
The owner and the staff are really nice and friendly - i hope i will be able to come back there again!

Treviso is a great choice if you plan to visit Venice. It is only 30 min by train which is a very econimical option (only about 5 Euro per person both ways). The city of Treviso is charming and offers great opportunities to shop and to enjoy the night life as well!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights at the Design B & B and we loved every minute of it. The central location makes it ideal for exploring the beautiful town of Treviso plus rail and bus links makes it extremely easy to reach neighbouring towns and villages. Venice is simple and cheap to get to by train, as is Vicenza which I would particularly recommend, especially if you are interested in Palladian architecture.

The Design B and B itself has been really well restored and decorated by its owner Marta and she has made it into a very unique place to stay. We had the attic room which I would definitely recommend. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable and the free standing bath in the corner of the room only added to its character.

Marta herself could not have been more friendly or helpful, always on hand to give out any information we required. Breakfast was in the walled garden every morning and it could not have been any fresher, with a wide choice available on the table and Georgio was always on hand if you required anything extra.

If you want a relaxed break, in a wonderful location then Marta’s B & B is definitely the place to go.

I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. My room was the attic room - at first, I could not decide if this is an unique room full of characters or a rip-off of being made to sleep in a very expensive bathroom. After some getting used to, I have decided on the former. It is a little cumbersome to get up there, with scary attic stairs, but it is indeed a very interesting, one-of-a-kind room. Certainly very private (though noise does come up a little, from the stairs), as it is on top of everybody else! Gets a little stuffy, so it is nice to have an efficient AC in the room. Location of this B&B is perfect, and Treviso is such a beautiful town. I very much enjoyed having breakfasts in the beautiful garden - definitely above average from Italian breakfast standards. It would have been nice if the garden were made available for guests outside of breakfast time - maybe it was, but the door to it was always shut. The owner Martha is very nice and efficient. The caretaker person (Georgio?) is nice, too, but had some difficulty with his English. On and all, a very nice place and, given its proximity, reasonable enough.
