This is essentially a business hotel and looks and feels like one. The rooms are very well suited to the business traveler and are very comfortable. (Ours looked out over the river and toward the Basilica with great evening views.) The spa/pool is very nice but is not included in the price. Internet was not included in the price either, but there is public Wifi in the lobby. The breakfast was very suitable but not as refined as we had hoped. The hotel is not handy to anything and one either needs to walk, take a bus, or drive to any sites (with VERY long walks involved). (We used this hotel as a refuge from high prices in Venice and used the train to get to Venice. The train to Venice from Padua was frequent and inexpensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is not handy to the train station, and the bus to the station is infrequent.) The staff was friendly but cool.

It is a very new hotel, with nice and helpfull service.

The room was big and comfortable. The bed is huge for an european hotel (american king size, I guess). There is free cable internet included -no wireless in the room, at least, not sure about reception and other common areas.

Clean linen and bathroom, as far as I realised.

The worst part is that the hotel is not exactly downtown, thought not so far to not be able to walk till the main tourist attractions. And there is also a bus going from the hotel to the center and the botanical garden (Unesco heritage place).

Friendly helpful staff who want to make sure you have a pleasant stay in Padova. The hotel is situated 30 mins from the historical centre of Padova and is a 15 min walk to Padova station. The hotel itself is immaculate, with modern furnishings and facilities – pool and jacuzzi, health spa, and excellent bar and restaurant facilities. We had a group of 45 people to accommodate for our wedding and hotel staff were very helpful and flexible to meet all our requests.
Just to mention that I do not understand the poor rating regarding breakfast from other reviews: there is absolutely everything you can possibly think of, even the English breakfast! Our guest loved it!
