“1 night stopover”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 October 2011

Slept here for a night in Oct 2011. The hotel was good, the location was central. The rooms itself were clean and "funky" to say the least.
Some of the cons? Breakfast is worthless. They say breakfast included but when we got downstairs (well within the breakfast hours) there was nothing left, only gross coffee and the staff refused to make more coffee or give us breakfast.
Other then that, it was fine and it did the deal. Not amazing but not terrible either.
Would recomment.

“Simple, central house”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 July 2011

I stayed here for two nights in June:

+ very central location next to St. Antonio cathedral and Botanical Garden
+ air condition
+ nice little garden terrace for breakfast

./. style of rooms is outdated; strange decoration
./. I chose this house because of garage facility; however, the garage is very narrow, as well as the narrow street; it takes a lot of effort and time to get into and out of the garage

“Slept well, spacious airy room, would visit again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 July 2011

We liked this hotel for its airy spacious rooms. We had windows over the parking space which was not a road, and therefore very peaceful, and whih gave a nice colorful view of other buildings. Staff running the place were cordial and relaxed. The art in the hotel is not high art but certainly something to talk and wonder about. The only thing we would not do again is the breakfast. Only 7 euros but hardly worth it: coffee was fine, but then you are offered fruit yogurt (which I hate), and a few slices of cold cut sand cheese, not so great bread or zweiback...fresh fruit (one kind only) is cheapest one can buy and therefore hardly enjoyable. We would however stay there again.

“Nice location, strange decorating style”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 May 2011

This is a funky little hotel near St Anthony's basilica and only 10 minutes from the pedestrian street for shopping and dining. There is an additional charge for parking. Internet only works in the lobby. Rooms are nice but a little small. The art and other decorations are a little strange.

“This is a fabulous hotel right beside St Antonys Bascillica with REALLY interesting decor and artwork”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 April 2011

This hotel is right beside St Antonys Bascillica in Padua, near the centre of town and it is full of REALLY interesting artwork. The rooms are decorated lovely and the hallways could take days to look at.............lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a great location to stay in when visiting Padua. I steyed there in April and the room was very hot. I think there may be air conditioning but it was not on at the time. I would advise to check if there is air conditioning if you were to stay during the summer. The hotel is noisy in that you can hear other people coming in along the corridors, it is not the most sound proof however the decor, location and staff more than make up for this so if you are not a light sleeper, I would advise you to stay here!
