I stayed at this hotel for a week with some friends. We were delighted to find a 4 star hotel available at short notice and booked direct with the hotel for a week. When we arrived we were shocked to find that none of our bathrooms had baths. We were never told that this would be the case and definately did not expect it as the room was called a junior suite. We also specifically chose this hotel because it had a spa but little did we know that every time we wanted to use it we had to pay, even though we were guests of the hotel and one evening it was closed for no reason.

The biggest shock was when we went to check out and one of our party who had spent the week alone was charged a 30% supplement on top of her bill. When we had booked we were also not told about this and we were then presented with a Thomson holiday contract. Understandably we were surprised as we had booked independantly thus their arrangement did not apply to us. After a long and rather frustrating conversation with the manager they chose to accept absolutely no responsibility and simply told us that we could pay the full amount or not pay at all and that they would call the police. I have never seen or heard of customers being treated so badly, therefore this is why I'm writing on this website to urge you to think very carefully before staying in this hotel and learn from our horrendous experience.
