There is a reason Holiday Inn no longer franchises this hotel. There is no reason for rating it higher than 1 star. The rooms are dirty. Carpets and upholstery are threadbare and torn. Front desk staff sent our wake up call to the room next door, but we heard it as if it were in our room. Wi-fi is an expensive extra...but doesn't work reliably. No cable and TV's are ancient 20" CRT's. Hair dryer was falling apart. Toiletries are the cheapest available. Towels were thin and worn. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I don't believe they have a kitchen. The breads are all stale. Hot foods appeared to have been either steamed or microwaved. The only positive is the proximity to the old city of Aosta.
