This Hotel looks as if it has just time traveled from the 70s. The rooms are quite spacious but they have that horrible colors that were so fancy during that period and they have never been renovated since. If you get a road side room, bring your own ear-plugs. The road is fairly quite during the night but awfully noisy from 6:00 AM till dawn. Breakfast is served in a cramped room that is actually a part of a nearby coffee shop. You need to get a "breakfast card" from the reception in order to access this room and you have to insist for getting a real coffee instead of one from the vending machine. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. At most, a mediocre 3 stars.

Hotel Buonconsiglio was kind of disappointing...There is no major complaint I can make, but it's definitely not worth 4 stars, and it's not worth the money! Rooms were clean and very spacious, bathroon was big too, but the shower was not working very well and it was poorly illuminated. The reception was ok, they were friendly but not very helpful. The breakfast wasn't very good either, although I appreciated they had speck and strudel, 2 typical things in Trento. On a saturday which was a holiday the only bread was in slices and they said they didn't have any fresh bread. Besides the overall choice was not very good (especially considering it's a 4 stars), there were no warm dishes, no eggs, you couldn't toast the bread (and there was only white bread, basically all the same type)...no orange juice (other juices were available).
The position is fine, near station, not far from center, but other hotels in Trento are almost same distance from the station, and more central...
