The Sittnerhof Hotel in Merano was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is small and lovely-with incredible mountain view rooms that are spacious, well furnished and nicely decorated. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating-the Brunner family was very kind, helpful and inviting. All public rooms are extremely well kept. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. We also opted to eat at the hotel for dinner and once again the atmosphere, service and food was exceptional. The location is ideal as it is in a quiet residential area yet just a picturesque 10-minute stroll to the center of Merano-perfect! I highly recommend staying at the Sittnerhoff Hotel and cannot wait to return!
