The staff was cordial and professional. We rented a large studio for 8 days. It had a double orientation with a south facing balcony and a beautiful view. The King size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen corner was minimal but sufficient for simple meals. We really appreciated the garden, the pool and the jacuzzi after hiking. By car, the residence is 5 minutes from the center of Merano and 5 minutes to a large supermarket. We liked the bed, the view, the garden, the pool, the cleanliness and the central location. We regretted the lack of air conditioning and weather information.

+ very nice garden with 1 swimming and 1 whirlpool. Cosy place for relaxation with sunbeds, hammock, lounge seats.
+ family run, very nice staff. One morning we did not show up for breakfast and they even called us from reception to ask if we would like to come for a late breakfast. Great service!
+ altough the hotel is not very new, it offers very good comfort. New flat screen TV in the room. Good beds. Rooms with or without kitchen.
+ Wellness area: nice, but rather small. One sauna, one steam bath + whirpool
- 15 min. walk to city center. Since it's out of center it is a very quiet place.

+ Nightlife: Raffelkeller right in the center was recommended. Enjoyed great party! Quiet bar until 0.30 am, then it gets cowded and the party starts.
+ Restaurant tipp: Rest. Rainer (city center, unter den Lauben)
