Nice hotel in a 5minute-walk-distance to the historic center with swimming pool and jacuzzi at the roof terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast.

An associate selected this hotel and it was perfect for a one night stop while we attended a major business event in the city of Merano. Off a side street, there was no city noise.

I enjoyed the stay and the front desk people were freindly and accomodating and spoke perfect English.

My room had a small balcony and a decent view and the hotel is a few yards for the river and riverwalk, so it was convenient and easy to find late at night when we returned from our event.

Bathroom was large and very clean with the common squeeze bottles of liquid soap at sink and shower. Standard practise in this part of the world. If you like bar soap, bring your own. Towels and bedding were clean and more than adequate.

There were no special amenities that I was aware of. If there was room service, internet access or other options, I was not aware of it and didn't care.

As small hotels often do, there was no late night clerk on duty, so we were given a code for the front door and this worked perfectly at around midnight.

Check out was easy and quick.

I would seek out this nice little hotel again when in the area.

We most enjoyed our stay in Merano at this centrally located hotel. It was within an easy walk to the Therme (pools) and the center of town. Parking was provided for our rental car at no extra charge.

We walked up to this hotel without a reservation. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bright yet simple. Everything looked like it had been renovated recently. They have kitchenettes if you need to use it but there is a significant charge (the final clean-up fee). The balcony was spacious with a table.
We found the rooms quiet and our rest here was uniterrupted.

Although I believe we could have found cheaper accomodation with similar standards, I believe the convenience of location is a considerable reason to stay here.

The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of breakfast foods nicely laid out. The breakfast lady was a little rude, however.

We were at the Flora in February. At that time the outdoor pool was closed, but it did look nice and I wish it had been open.
