Apparently this hotel has no airconditioning. In +30C at night it is a necessity. In order to avoid suffication we had to sleep with open balcony doors, which meant horrible, sleepless first night - a lot of noise (traffic, delieveries in the morning, TV and talking of the neighbours late at night). In the morning we needed to upgrade in order to escape this torture and so we did to €300 per night penthouse - suite (only penthouse - suites have airconditioning, as they were build last year). Hotel advertises as half-board, but charges an awful lot for drinks (resulted in the bill for over € 200). At the end of the stay we were also presented with the bill for "Extras" - additional €50, Logis Kind: €70 (although they clearly state on their webpage, that child's accommodation is free), and instead of charging for the first nights stay €114 per person per night as it clearly stated in bookings confirmation, they charged €127 per person per night. They also don't specify the hours of the "Kids Club". By looking at their webpage we assumed it is open throughout the day, by arriving at the hotel we found out it's only from 5 till 9. Activities for kids: all this list of activities they advertise - one was under impression: hotel organizes it, but again on arrival: it is your responsibility to go to the farm and make an appointment with the farmer to get a pony ride for your daughter, etc, etc.
Hotel is defintely overpriced, bad location (about 10 m from the road) and only by paying through our noses were we able to get a decent night's sleep - it is much quiter in central London at night than in Schlanders and of course making people believe they offer all these activities for kids, where in fact you have to run around and personally organize it yourself. Never again.
