I liked the hotel which was very modern in style yet had a comforting ambience. The hotel is adjacent to Bolzano's conference and trade centre.

I stayed one night on a business trip - there were 3 colleagues who also stayed. The rooms were quiet despite being near the lifts and had a good range of amenities as expected of a Sheraton style hotel. I slept very well and would definitely stay here again if visiting Bolzano. In my opinion the rooms at the hotel are far better than other Sheratons I have stayed in.

We ate as a group in the hotel's restaurant. Although the food was OK it was not the quality one comes to expect in Italy and rather expensive. There was also a fairly limited choice.

Breakfast was in a large room adjacent to the main restaurant and again OK but somehow lacking.

I liked the hotel and would recommend it to others but consider somewhere else to dine if wanting and anticipating a good Italian feast.

Very modern design, comfortable rooms, large lobby. It was a very convenient hotel, as we used it as a base to visit the region. It was not downtown, but near the highway - though not within earshot - and very easy access (as long as you have a car.) Lots of room for parking on the street (parking available at a fee.)

The only downside was that tour groups seemed to like the hotel as well, and they would arrive en masse! Also, the restaurant was a bit expensive and had very little on offer, except standard Italian fare.

Nice dramatically modern hotel. Views from rooftop pool were amazing. Nice showers by pool and hot tub. Stayed on points. upgraded to a suite so our 9 year old had her own little piece of the room. Nice decor and large bathrooms. Went into town via car. I actually like Bolzano's main square. Nice church right off the main square with all sorts of restaurants. Walked over bridge across water. Found a great little place that served kebabs and such. We were here only overnight on our way to Verona and then Milan. Would definitely stay again for the pool if I wanted to visit the Dolomites. Ate dinner at hotel restaurant. It was good and atmosphere/decor fairly upscale. I had never stayed at a Four Points before, so I was expecting something different. Hotel is not central though. Located in an industrial park right off highway but you don't get any noise. Parked for free (it was Sunday) overnight and in town for free. But the front desk offers map and directions for a bus. But it seems there is free parking in abundance on side streets. Great service and quite accomodating.

This was the only stay at an American style hotel during our 2 weeks holidays in Italy. My wife and 4 children really enjoyed staying 2 nights, fully spent a day in the pool. We did not have much chance to go sightseeing in Bolzano town. The only regret is that the air conditioner in one of two rooms was not strong enough.
