Having selected this hotel after reading comments on Trip Advisor, we were disappointed to arrive and find it shabby and very dated. The one lift services six floors, and carries only 7 people at a time. We found the food in the in-house restaurant disappointing, with an unimaginative menu and lack-lustre presentation. Temperatures were hot during our stay and we really would have liked air-conditioning, (though fans were available at the office). As well, this hotel is over-priced. On a brighter note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is certainly in a great location.

A room with a view- shared a triple- one bed had its own area separated by a wall !
Breakfast was plentiful.- Cereals, fresh fruit, tasty bread and desserts, coffee, tea and assorted juices. Asked and got a late checkout. Staff was extremely helpful. Close to train , car rental, tourist office and travel agent just a block away. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in this area. And the price was right!!!!

Great staff: Sofia so professional & helpful. FANTASTIC breakfast: buffet style w/American & European-style foods: cereals, muesli, delicious pastries, cakes, meats, cheeses & breads, many juices, & fresh fruit. Great coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Location 200 m from train & very safe area, short walk to Oetsi museum. Spotless & comfortable room. After 16 days of travel, privileges @ nearby fitness center with 15+ person Jacuzzi just melted our travel-weary body aches away!!(Check availability first.) Would definitely stay there again. Staff went out of their way to help--kept our bags after check-out while we did our last errands. Thank you! Also, front desk manned 24 hrs a day.

Smart hotel very centrally located. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit. Parking Garage underneath hotel (14 Euro per day). Rooms need refurbishment, but generally ok.
