I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family.
The location is good, very central, and accessible. However, this is where my positive review ends.
The staff are unhelpful and rude. On the first day we arrived and the lady on reception showed us where to park our car. We were told that parking was included but would be on the road nearby, which was fine for us. The lady stood and watched us park before walking us back to the hotel.
We didn't use our car while we were in Turin (city traffic etc), but when we went to collect it upon departure, we found that we had received a parking ticket from the council. This was despite parking in an allocated hotel bay.
We went to reception to ask why this had happened, and were told that we should have displayed a hotel token in our windscreen. We were not told about this, and the same woman who had showed us where to park was present. She refused to help, despite the fact that we were speaking fluent Italian (my mother is Italian). We asked the staff how we should have known to display the token, and why no one told us to? They shrugged and tried to ignore us. We were forced to pay the fine in full.
Breakfast was awful - dry, tasteless bread and croissants - all poor quality in a 1970s decor dining area on a basement level.
I would NEVER stay here again.
