“A very intimate feeling”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 October 2011

A very exquisite hotel, right in the heart of Turin, very close to shopping areas and various points of interest. The loby is incredibly cosy, with nice music in the background. Staff members were friendly and helpful most of the time, but proved rather cranky late in the evening. Breakfast was disapointing - a lot of pastries, while meat, cheese or fruits were scarce. The inner terrace made up for that, as we were able to enjoy coffee, juice and fresh air. The room was comfortable, although a little bit chilly, even with the heater on. Also, no Wi-Fi was available upstairs.
All in all, a good choice: very enjoyable atmosphere, clean and good service.

“Delightful room and hotel”

The hotel gave me a lovely room with an extremely large terrace. It was such a treat as I had been travelling all day and just wanted to sit and relax. The receptionist Reuben and his colleague were both so helpful. I used the swimming pool in the Spa and it was very good - just the right temperature. The hotel recommended a restaurant which I found a little expensive but the food was good. The hotel breakfast was the best I have seen in a long time with lots of choice. I would love to visit Turin again and would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

“Nice hotel in the centre of Torino”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2011

With some colleagues, we stayed in Hotel Victoria for 1 night.
The hotel is situated in a quiet street. Some rooms are on the street side, others face the inner terrace where breakfast can be taken if the weather allows to.

When we arrived in the evening, each was given a room. The rooms were nice, clean and classy. My room however was next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. When the elevator was moving, I could hear a strange sound (quite loud as my wife heard it too when I was on the phone with her).
I went down to the reception where the friendly staff immediately proposed me another room.
The rooms can be made very dark, so no hassle to fall asleep.

We went down to take a look to the spa centre, which is also a very nice accomodation but we didn't try it.

The breakfast is very rich with fresh juices, croissants, eggs, pie, fresh fruit, mozzarella etc.

Torino is worthwhile a city-trip, so I will definitely go back to this hotel.

“A historic hotel in the heart of Torino”

We stayed here at this hotel for one night.
The hotel was well appointed, clean and had a fantastic breakfast.
We stayed in a suite since we were travelling with our children and the room was very spacious.
The staff was consistant with that of a moderately large hotel.
The hotel was close to everything in Torino - we walked everywhere.
The hotel is undergoing some exterior rennovations so we did have a little bit of security concerns in that the scaffolding (easy access to climb it from the street) was right outside our french doors that led to our balcony.

“Antique but chilling”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 July 2011

I was on a business trip and had a stay for one night. The hotel is centrally located in Turin and reminded me from the beginning of the old monarchy. The hotel is somehow labyrinthine with lots of thick carpets and old furniture. Nevertheless they have a nice spa and also the breakfast spot is modern and convenient. Breakfast had almost everything you needed. Of course coffee is best, but also differnet sort of eggs and fresh fruits. Typical Italian with additional English/Continental food. Everything is polished and proper. The room was quite extensive for "Italian standards", with lots of small goodies (like house shoes). The staff was very polite, only the reception desk was struggling when too many customers were waiting for check in/out. As we had a special corporate rate for less than EUR 100,-- the price/performance ratio was superb.
