Comfortable, clean rooms with free wifi (very fast and excellent signal) and a small refridgerator. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although language made communication difficult at times. The cleaning staff were efficient. The free breakfast was excellent.

As to value, the price for the hotel (over 100 Euro's a night when we stayed) is excessive for what you get. It is getting a little tired and some of the maintenance seems to be slipping. If you can get a rate less than 90 Euros it would be closer to reasonable value.

It is right next to the Puerto Nuevo Turin station (literally 50m to your right as you walk out the front exit of station). If your train arrives at Puerto Susa station (as many do) the main metro line runs directly (for 1.20 euro) between them.

The BW Genio is right next door to the PORTA NUOVA station in Turin - unfortunately we came in to PORTA SUSA, (which is right across town) and hadn't been warned of the difference. The staff are helpful and the rooms comfortable.

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and we would certainly recommend it. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good and fresh. The location is perfect if you wish to visit the center of Turin, but also to visit the exhibition area of the Lingotto and the food centre "Eataly" . A metro station is right around the corner. Metro trains run very frequently and are impeccably clean: great service.

Best Western Genio hotel is a quite old building in the middle of Torino. It's location may be the best trait of the hotel, since the building, the rooms, the facilities and everything is quite outdated. Breakfast was quite good, a lot of variety and excellent coffee. Also, the hotel does not have parking lot, so you must leave the car in the street, paying.
