The hotel is in a great location i.e. 5 mins walk from the main train station and then 5 mins into the centre. Room (single) was very small but o.k., noise from street at night was abit of a problem but in general a great location hotel.

Stayed at this hotel during the winter games and just loved my stay there. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just right. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were clean and simple, and the rate was affordable, but the breakfast ends very early. Beware of the wireless internet access; the connect speed was so slow it was completely useless.

When booking the hotel, I was informed that the charge would be taken immediately - it wasn't. I emailed the hotel 6 weeks after booking and received no response. The bill was settled on check out.
The hotel is small as are the rooms, but very central and extremely clean. Rooms are quite dark but this is due to the fact that all buildings in Turin are a minimum of four stories.
The bar is a bit of a joke. It is supposed to open from 5pm til 12am but it depends on what mood the staff are in!!
Breakfast is ok. When I booked it stated full breakfast, but is contenental - struggled to communicate with the waitresses in English.
Rooms are quite noisy. I heard every door close and people coughing in the night.
Overall, the staff are friendly - it is a cheap hotel, clean and a bit noisy due poor insulation
