I stayed here for two nights as the last stop on my tour of North Italy. The location of the hotel is good, two minutes walk from the Torino Porta Nuova station, which has a frequent bus service to the main airport. It is also safe (or so I found as a solo female traveller), as some parts of Turin have been noted to be slightly unsafe.

Rooms are clean, and of a good size, with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast is good, staff are relatively friendly considering it is a chain hotel.

The main drawback is there is no character to the hotel, but this is fine if you are only staying for a couple of nights.

Comfortable, clean room. Maid service was excellent and they were very friendly even though they spoke little English. Breakfast was nice ... good way to start the day. For business travelers, the internet connection was iffy at best especially in my room. This is centrally located right next to the train station at the end of Via Roma ... short walking distance to all the sights of Turin. Quiet at night as well.

This Best Western hotel had an excellent location - it was only a short walk to the train station, across from the park and set amongst many shops, both retail and restaurant. For the location, i would return to this hotel.

The breakfasts were extremely good - typical italian style but also cereals and fresh fruit etc.

The lady we encountered at the front desk on our arrival was a bit "blase" but all the other staff (including the manager) were extremly helpful. Housekeeping staff were very very nice and helpful and we appreciated their efforts in ensuring we were comfortable.

All in all, a nice place to stay and we would return.
