The Palio Hotel is one of the best options in Asti, Italy. Located at the best spot, close to the old town and the train station. In 2 minutes walk, you can reach virtually all places you need. A variety of piemontese restaurants, pizzerias, bars. Friendly staff and atmosphere. You have the option to eat in the restaurant Il Falcon Vecchio, part from the hotel group, which is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It serves typical Piemontese food of great quality. My preferred are "carne cruda" as antipasto and "agnolotti al sugo" as the main dish.

“Excellent hotel to combine business and leisure in Asti”
I stayed 3 nights (Thurs - Sunday). Hotel is very convenient in Asti to our two manufacturing plants in the region. Front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. Room is typical Euro style; 2 twin beds pushed together, desk, wall mounted TV, small bathroom and a shower. Breakfast food and coffee are good (heated milk is always a nice touch). Lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. A good grocery store is right across the street to grab snacks or essentials. The wine region around Asti is gorgeous. I highly recommend a day driving around to some of the small towns and enotecas.

“Good location, good hotel”
The hotel was conveniently located downtown close to shopping and restaurants. Secure underground parking was available one block from the hotel. The room was clean and a good size and the rest of the hotel was very well maintained. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful and (with one exception) spoke English well. We would defintely stay there again.

Gentili Ospiti, siamo molto dispiaciuti che il soggiorno presso il nostro albergo non sia stato all’altezza delle vostre aspettative. Grazie comunque per le critiche, siamo sicuri che si riveleranno consigli costruttivi per ulteriormente migliorare il nostro servizio. Stiamo infatti già predisponendo, anche grazie al vostro suggerimento, migliorie strutturali e all’arredamento. L’ampliamento della sala colazioni prevista per i prossimi mesi ci consentirà di rendere il servizio sempre più ricco e soddisfacente. Riceviamo infatti riscontri a tal proposito ogni giorno, come è evidente dagli apprezzamenti per lo staff sempre disponibile e professionale, per la centralissima posizione, per il comfort delle camere ristrutturate, per la pulizia dei locali e l’alta qualità della nostra colazione. Sperando comunque di potervi nuovamente ospitare all’Hotel Palio, vi porgiamo i nostri più cordiali saluti.
