SevenOaks is an amazing romantic getaway! I went there with my partner for our three year anniversary and loved it. All the amenities were up to date, and the owners thought of every last detail. Greatly located in the idyllic town of Lake Geneva---so many little shops to enjoy. Cannot wait to go back again! I'm already planning our next trip!
I never review about something I had not been
but
I travel each weekend , at least try to do so
and was walking, and saw this dark gate, went inside, and was an old building
on the other side the hotel looks at the gallery , great place to visit,
it is located above the prada store
was surprised it says 7 star gallery, so I asked the guy in the front gate
why a place without pool, beach, etc can be a 7 star
he kindly explained to me all the qualities of the hotel, even that I already had mine
he was a 21 years old italian, very friendly, talk about the hotel, so proud of the personalized service they offer, like a private butler
at teh end, I was convinced it it a good place to stay he he
go imagine, how they would treat you if you are a guest
they do not allow you to go inside the hotel, it is like a " 7 star boutique hotel"
even being 21 years old, wa sso mature, always smiling
One of the best hotels in Milan, the location is perfect, friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautiful rooms
Really I loved this hotel
Don't know about seven stars, but it was certainly the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in, largely because of the sense of calm and the focus on privacy. Our room had a balcony looking out into the Galleria (I suspect most do) which makes for amazing people watching. The contrast of the exuberant spectacle of the Galleria and the ultra-quiet sumptuous/modern room is something I'll never forget (amazing double windows really block out all the noise.)
Incredible bedding, toiletries, showers, lighting....the curtains alone feel more valuable than the entire contents of most hotel rooms, but without being ostentatious. Staff are low-key but really on top of your comings and goings in a discreet way.
Milan is not the most obvious city for seeing sights or absorbing local culture but staying at a place like this makes the experience utterly special...it lets you access Northern Italian refinement and essentially sightsee from your room.
Had a lovely breakfast with a great view. Food wasn't amazing but perfectly fine. Visit Luini Panzerotti if you stay here. Delicious stuffed pizza-like treats a few blocks away..you'll see the line. They're so inexpensive it will help compensate for the cost of your room!
