A pleasant establishment with a very decent price in a city which is otherwise not so approachable if you are looking for quality accommodation.
We (a family with one child) stayed there for two nights and quite enjoyed the hotel, so much so as to recommend it to other travellers.
A possible aspect for improvement is the breakfast arrangement, which results in the variety of food staying sometimes too limited for too long when the breakfast room is not even necessarily at its fullest.

We arrvied earlier (3h) then the usually checkin time and the room (nbr 003) was still ready.

After entering the Room, here the FIRST Impression:

Pros:

- tidy

Cons:
- A real cover for the Sofa-bed was missing (winter season)
- TV Remote was missing
- Broken mattress (See Pics)
- Sofa bed - broken slatted bed base (See Pics)

This Hotel have been may be clean an comfortable some years before but i guess it becomes more and more derelict.

After the first Night, here my SECOND Impression:

Pro:
(none additional)

Cons:
- A bit noisy (because of the Train)
- Noisy air conditioning
- Room Nbr 003 becomes cold in winter, because there is a unheated Storeroom vis-a-vis
- One of the big negative Points was the Kitchen Staff.
-> Unfriendly
-> Inefficient
-> Close the Buffet Room 35min before!!!

I was in december 2011 at this hotel, i don't recomand it!!!
Let's start:
1. The heat is not functionable in the rooms, i change 3 rooms and i don't have succes. The manager tell me: "sleep whit bath door open because is a radiator working there".
2. In the bathroom at shower pieces were brought rusty and full of limestone!
3. Chamber walls were dirty, as well as carpet.
4. Breakfast was very poor, if you wakeup earlier you find a little food, cofee is horible!!!
5. When we check out, on 5 in the morning, I have not found anyone at the reception. Later came a man from the hotel very sleepy.
6. The location is far from city centre! a line of train passes in front of hotel
7. On tv was just italian channels and if you want wach a movie you must pay!
8. The mini bar was empty!
9. Take 81 from the principal street to central station, then take the metro to city center!

We stayed here in August 2011 for four nights. Compared to the price we paid (around 40 €/night), the hotel was a good find. It was clean and modern and breakfast was included in price. However, the hotel also had some defects... I did not like much the breakfast due to few reasons. Firstly, it was always so crowded and all the fresh food was immediately gone once brought in (such as croissants and fruit). At the reception the service was ok. The hotel is located quite far from center. However, there's a bus that brings you in 10 minutes to metro station. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay considering the price we paid.
