Quite liked Townhouse 12, good for business - lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms were comfortable and modern (tho beds a bit springy). My colleague had a huge roof terrace which would be amazing to entertain on! The staff were very friendly. The hotel does lack a bit of substance, there is a vast lobey with little in it which creates an echoey space. Breakfast is a little strange sittng round a single giant table - but breakfast was fine, and the capucinos were very good which is the main thing! Oh and the lift smelt of wet dog - so hoping they take my advise and rip up that bit of carpet!!

Town House 12 is an affordable, comfortable location to park in Milan. Check in was a breeze, and the helpful person at the front desk gave us a map of the city and outlined everything on it in detail (and made our jet-lagged selves espressos to boot.)
Our 3rd floor room (number 303) was thoughtfully appointed with plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage, free wireless internet service, a comfortable bed, great linens and good lighting. The bathroom was also roomy, and the products provided by the hotel are superb. No need to pack the shampoo, soap or lotion here.
The daily breakfast (included with our room) was awesome. We were able to fill up and eat the leisurely lunches that we so enjoy having in Europe. They served from 7:30 - 10:30, which accommodated an early riser or a guest who wanted to sleep in. The variety was surprising, and everything was very fresh.
Several minor complaints. 1. No MP3 adapter, radio or clock in the room. We used our phones for alarm clocks, so we were fine. 2. The bath/shower is very small. The lever on the water faucet is long, and we constantly ran into it while showering, causing a spray of unwanted cold water. 3. The street outside is busy, and an elementary school is right across the street. If you want to sleep in, take ear plugs, because they will help. Even with the windows closed, the kids arriving at school woke me up. Ear plugs solved the problem.

this is a very decent small hotel that offers everything the business traveller needs. rooms are of a high standard and very comfortable, breakfast is typical italian and compared to similar smaller boutique style hotels in Milan cery good. Opposite the hotel is a great restaurant that is owened by one of the Milan football players - you may need this as the hotel itself does not offer food in the evenings. This hotel won't blow you away but there is also nothing wrong with it.

excellent place, lovely location. Closed to corso como's boutiques, just a 10 minutes by "tram", in an area full of restaurants and bars. we had the chance to visit also the new art exhibition... worth it!
