We only stayed for one night and it was ok for that. The room was small and out to a big street so it was very noisy at night. The bathroom was tiny-one couldn't sit on the toilet without banging one's knees at the sink. The ceiling of the bathroom was completely mouldy and the whole room smelled of it. A big plus is the location: 10 minutes from Milano central station and town centre. The staff was friendly, too.

the hotel is very well located around the busy areas of milan i.e. corso buenos aires and everything is within walking distance. It is fairly close to milano centrale which makes life just abit easier. the hotel provides the essentials, a bed, bathroom and tv. We werent looking for any luxuries just the simple things.

Not only were the frontdesk staff all remarkably unfriendly, rude and quite frankly offensive to me and my group of friends, their control of the guests, or should I say guest, was quite frankly disgusting.

About 2am in the morning and bunch of 'Soccer hooligan's' arrived back from a drinking session and continued to make noise for about 2 hours. One of them proceeded to make excessive noise and at one stage sounds like a child. It wasn't an environment I felt in the slightest bit happy with.

I complained and the same happened the next evening.

This is complete with it being noisy and there having been no hot water, whilst the plugs wouldn't do things like charge my phone of electric razor.

I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Although I had cash, when I asked for help with replacing a lost/missing wallet, the woman at the front desk unsympathetically told me that she couldn't help me and told me to go find a pay phone somewhere on the street. I was willing to do that, but then I asked for help with placing local and international calls with telephone numbers that I copied from my online bank websites, and she begrudgingly used their office phone to show me, and then told me they were all wrong when the calls didn't go through. Later that evening, she came into my room, just took my key off the nightstand without saying anything, and walked out; the others who were staying there asked me what happened.

Although it was a nice facility that was clean and spacious, I will never stay at such an unfriendly place again in my travels.
