It bothers me, as a frequent user of the site, to see the review given of this hotel. It patetnly has been given by someone connected to the hotel. I thought this site was meant to be "independent" - and not some cheap way of advertising. I can only imagine the number of "reviews" given on this site by connected parties where they had at least the wit to make it less obvious that they're not connected to the estabilishment.
If you'd like to enjoy Milan on a budget, choose the Hotel La Pace--the rates are so low you'll be able to stay in this magnificent city twice as long! The hotel is on a quiet street of fabulous old buildings, the Via Catalani, and just three blocks from the Metro, one block from the tram stop on Via Lombardia. Cafes and shops in every direction and quaint streets to wander in the university area. Easy, scenic walk to city center, historic sights, and railway terminal. The Hotel La Pace offers lovely rooms with high ceilings, ceramic floors, very comfortable beds, telephone, television, and modern bathrooms with rain shower. The hotel is owned and operated by a wonderful father and son team who will make you feel like part of the family. You will return again and again, to bella Milano, and the fabulosa Hotel La Pace!
