We checked in at 00.30, totally unplanned, and luckily found rooms at an affordable price, although one had a bathroom that was out of order, so we had to use the shared one (which was very clean). For the other night we got a triple room for 4 people at a lower price, so you can negotiate with them if you don't like the price. The place in run by Chinese who change three times a day, and are all really friendly and polite, they even let us use their laptop for a couple of minutes. Location is, of course, excellent, and the balconies (overlooking via Tunisia) as well. All in all - great choice for the ones who don't expect a lot and don't wan't to pay much

As soon as we got to the hotel we found out that they had not even checked their own website's online booking system for our reservation despite that I booked 4 months in advance. Because of this we had to switch rooms the next day. The room was simple but with all we needed even a balcony to sit on. I did find a spot of BLOOD on the sheet which really grossed me out and I slept in my own sheet I had brought. Our new room was nicer only because it was a corner suite with a wrap-around balcony. I found it extremely noisy; we could hear doors slamming, toilets flushing, people talking, and cleaners moving around like they were in our room. If you're a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs. It is nice and close to the underground and there are several restuarants and a market nearby.

We stayed in Kennedy hotel in a triple room for three nights with friends. I was very impressed regarding 1. hotel location - as it is 5 minutes from the Venezia metro station, 2. next to all - very close to Pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, bars, 3. hotel security - It was very safe as the main door of the hotel was always locked and has a safe system to open it, 3. hotel cleaness - we found it clean and very quiet all time, 4. near shops - just on the Buenos Aires roead 5. Very cheap! wow.

Positive points

- noisy room due to street traffic
