Good service. Rooms a little tired, but clean and my boys loved the waterproof radio in the shower! Walking distance to the Duomo. Really good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2011 with friends. Location is good, close to metro station and you can reach Duomo without changing the line or it's also possible to be reached on foot. Our room was very nice, with big bathroom and with a kitchenette. There is good WiFi connection in the room. We liked breakfast, tasty. The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good english.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room had been cancelled. Some mix up with the booking agent. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. We had to share a double bed which was not ideal but we ended up in the fab apartment just across the road. It was fab. Good breakfast selection and only 10 minutes from Duomo Square.
