To be fair we never saw the rooms so can't give you a review on them but we turned up and was greeted or should I say not greeted by a man you was so annoyed that he was disturbed from his online polker game to check us in.
No smile, no ciao when we entered just a hostile reception of evil eyes and deeps sighs.
Whilst I tried to explain my booking details I was ignored whilst he carried on playing his polker game and also throughout the check in process.
It was sooooo uncomfortable- i couldn't help laugh. My friends were delayed looking for a parking space so we had to wait in reception with an icy atmoshere .
The thought of having to explain we needed an extra room was too depressing- he was that unhelpful- It looked like he wanted to kill us!!
We decided it was better to take on a 5 hour drive and stay at friends place more welcoming Screw staying somewhere like that.

Showed up with a group of 10. Both people on the front desk have very poor English. We asked for a double room and instead were given 3 singles in a room. The bathroom had a terrible odour, and the toilet had an electric pump that would make an excrutiatingly loud noise if you used it so don't do it in the middle of the night (although only some rooms have this apparently), paid 65 eur a night which made us feel ripped off.

The hotel was pretty, cozy, and near to the metro station Loreto which made it easy to reach. I was very pleased with my stay even though the staff was not in the best mood. Also the shower gave only cold water at times but the rooms were neat and pretty! I was left with a very good memory of the place and would like to go back there.

I, as a female, traveled alone in Milano. At the beginning a guy called Johnny was very friendly and helpful. However, at about 3 - 4am while I was asking help for my Internet access, another service guy was so impatient. I explained that I had Internet Access ID/PWD that Johnny gave me during the day time. I just used it from 3am and it accidentally disconnected. After this guy explained nothing he could deal with the technical issues at that moment, I politely asked for a refund for my Internet payment. He then not only stared at my horribly, saying it's my own problem, not his problem. But also, he angrily threw my ID/PWD info note on the floor, spanning his working PC and yelling at me, "It just doesn't work! Do you understand!? Now I give you my reception desk's PC to use. Go! Use it!"
English was not our mother language. Therefore, I believe there might be some misunderstanding during the conversation. However, the way he behaved was so unprofessional and frightening. At the end, I would rather to leave this hotel at 5am, walking along the street. I felt staying outside was even safer at that moment after experiencing his attitude. The service quality is very unreliable. That's why I gave only 1 star.
