We stayed here for two nights to visit milan and then travelled further to toscany.
When we checked out, we first put our bags in the car and then LOCKED it on the parking of the hotel. We went inside for 5 minutes to pay and check out. When we came back, our car was broken into and all our luggage was gone. The hotel is very isolated (industrial zone, on a saturday, so nobody was working) and there was only 1 other person in the neighbourhood, who worked for the hotel, who was watching us closely when we were putting our bags in the car. When we found our car without our bags, this person was gone. It took 30 minutes to convince the hotel to call the police (suspicous), we had nothing left, only the clothes we were wearing. We filed a police report, but will probably never see our bags again.To us the hotel is also responible for the lack of security: the gate was open all day, and there were no security camera's. All the hotel offered was a glass of water. Our stay costed us 140 euro's + our stolen luggage (for about 3000 euro's!!) and the repair of our damaged car, so you do the math...
