This is the 8th time in this hotel over the last 4 years so yes I like it despite having tried and tested many hotels found either from walking around the streets near the central railway station trying to get a deal or on hotels.com.
Value for money is very good if booked in advance, I've paid between 90-120 Euros a night for a triple room depending how far in advance I book and the season. This time it was 120 euros a room and we took 3 rooms. The bedroom, living room and kitchen concept is really nice. Free parking was a real bonus.
The customer service isn't amazing but ok, need to research restaurants before hand as they didn't seem to know any particular names just areas to avoid. The location is superb, 8 stops to Duomo I think and 5 minute walk to the metro station. Getting of the motorway it's easy to find qithout paying the congestion charge of the city centre.
What I liked least is the AirCon noise in all the 3 rooms we took, if you're a sensitive sleeper then it's going to annoy you and you may want to request a room at reception that doesn't have this noise as one of the 2 buikdings on the hotel complex suffers from this.
The breakfast is simple croissant and coffee but better than nothing.
If there is a better deal in milan for a hotel I'd like to know about it.
A great deal for what you get though and superb if you're 2 or 3 people. No noise from neighbours and good privacy.
