Hotel clean and tidy, room spacious with balcony, the staff were friendly and the breakfasts good, however the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and a good twenty minutes at least by metro into the city. It also was a bit daunting walking back from the metro station in the dark to the hotel as you are surrounged by car parks and what look like office buildings that are deserted at night.

This place was terrible. The room I was given was so noisy it felt as if I were sleeping in the middle of a freeway. Unfortunately I booked the room for a month - paid in advance. When I requested to be moved to quieter room I was told "No - but maybe after my month was up I could try for a different room". So not only was the room horrible but their customer service was just as bad. I recommend you stay away from this place.

Stayed here for the olympics.
The hotel is NOWHERE near Malpensa airport. Its about 90 mins away!
24 hour reception is useful and so is internet access downstairs. Bar is small and expensive.
Breakfast has a wide selection of Hams!!!!!
Would go back!
REMEMBER METRO costs 1€ for anywhere in the city and is only a 5 minute walk up the road at the bus station!
