A complete and total rip-off. This "hotel" is nothing more than a converted business office that feels more like a prison cell than a place to sleep. No very clean, creepy getting into this "hotel" and, although they tell you about breakfast as though it is included, they charge when checking out. $53 for an egg and stale roll?

This was the most overpriced and most worthless place during our month long vacation. Four star hotels and luxery resorts we far, far less expensive.

Theis "hotel" really creeped us out. Nothing confortable about it.

An anniversary trip planned in total secrecy which the hotel helped with. The whole place was clean and comfortable. A city centre location this hotel was in a typical period building with character and the furniture and decor inside was modern with quirky, artistic touches. The private terrace was ideal for sitting out and entertaining our friends. They were very attentive to detail and prompt with any requests. Their friendly approach and help was as though we were with family. Great Italian welcome, hospitality and atmosphere. Ideal if you are a keen shopper also. Thoroughly recommend this place and a big Thank You to Eri who helped to make it all happen.

Special trip with my mom.
The position, the rooms and the kindness of the persons working there did make it a special trip. If you are not looking for the usual hotel but for a particular one, this could be it. We had a room with a wonderful patio where we were served breakfast for both of the mornings. Delicious Italian taste. Thank you Locanda and hope to see U soon

The hotel is well located close to the Duomo and with good bars and restaurants in proximity. The main selling point is the lovely private terraces attached to individual rooms that would be a big plus if you are spending any time in Milan. In addition, there is good free wifi throughout (including on the aforementioned terraces) and a pc available for guest use in the lounge.

Otherwise, however, rooms are fairly basic and feel a bit like a cheaper hotel that has been given a paint job, some well placed orchids and a price increase. For the rest, Furniture is functional, the bedside light is likely to fall off the wall when you reach for the light switch in the dark, there was a large /old crack in the bathroom sink and "toiletries" comprised a value size johnsons baby shampoo. Beds and pillows are also on the hard side. Rooms sre definitely not as nice as the website photos would suggest.

Management attitude also reflects that of a cheaper establishment. They do not leave air-con controls in the rooms (to stop guests wasting electricity by being able to use the air con if required?) and their attitude to this relatively minor complaint came across as boredom with fussy tourists. Perhaps they're in the wrong business!

Not bad value if you can get at a discounted price but 200 eur plus is a less good deal.
