After reading previous reviews of this hotel after we booked our reservations, I was a little concerned but to be honest this was a terrific hotel! The staff were absolutely brilliant they couldn't do enough for us and as it was just my mom and I we felt completely safe. Breakfast was pretty much everything you could ask for in a continental but with more. Rooms kept clean with fresh linen on beds and fluffy towels daily. Upon returning from our days out we were always greeted by friendly staff offering drinks to quench our thirst and/or nibbles. They confirmed tickets for us and arranged taxis without any hesitation. Definitely would stay there again, trying to get hubby to go now!

Quirky but a good deal for Milan. The included breakfast buffet is GREAT. Rooms are fairly large but old. The carpet was not clean in our room but other areas were fine. There is a minibar without a menu, and a space-age "smart" TV which only gets Italian and French channels despite having English ones in the menu. No wifi in the room, but I could get free signal from the restaurant on the first floor.

Me and my colleague from work were broken into and robbed at Puccini. We were told that these were the gypsies that must have entered our rooms from the roof. Hilarious, isn't it? There was no breakage, so it must have been someone from the hotel. Don't stay there and spare yourself an unpleasant adventure and the shock of seeing your belongings on the floor in a disarray after you come back from an innocent walk around Milan.
