old hotel, thin walls and rather much noise from neighbour rooms, not very friendly staff at reception, simple breakfast, rather high price compared to quality, definitely not four star standard

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but within walking distance to all the main attractions, so ideal really. Staff are friendly and buffet breakfast is enough to keep you going checking out the sights of Milan. Coffee (as you would expect in Italy) is great ...

Four stars - don't believe! We stayed weekend at the hotel Lloyd. Staff was impolite, room was plain, after shower bathroom floor was full of water, breakfast finnised before all guests got it.... good thing was location, hotel was near Duomo and La Scala.
But if you are looking for good hotel choose another. We were very dissapointed.

The rooms are very cozy and quiet, which is a blessing after coming in from MXP. The breakfast that comes with the room is very good. The desk people are very helpful and friendly.
It's a good hotel. You can take the metro (Missori to Duomo stop). You can also walk. Turn left out the front door, walk up the street to the little piazza. Take the dog-leg to the left and keep walking. You'll see the spires and the church is on your right. Enjoy.
