Good location of you come in by train, but wouldn't stay more than one night. Breakfast was terrible.

We were just in Milan one night, arriving by train in the morning and departing by train the next morning for the airport. Just one block from the train station, this hotel was very convenient. The hotel room was more like an American business hotel, a nice change of pace from unairconditioned the Italian B&Bs from our previous 3 weeks of travels. But much less character than those B&Bs. Room was very clean, we left before breakfast was served, so can't comment on that. Service was very businesslike. We took a tour of Milan which included the Last Supper and La Scala - both awesome sites.

We choose this hotel because of their location and overall impression from their web page. The real thing is quite different from what they claim in the web. Certainly the location close to the central train station with airport shuttle bus stops is very convenient; but there it ends.
Service, cleanliness, room arrangements, furniture, washroom facilities - mediocre at best.
Don't leave anything openly in the room! You most likely will loose it, just like my blackberry, left on the desk. There are lots of other, better choices in Milan.

This hotel was chosen because of close proximity to the station. Even though situtated in a busy area the rooms were very quiet. The interior was somewhat austere and clinical. Room was basic-no frills- but adaquate. Bathroom was a good size. Room rather dark with very high ceilings. Breakfast was more substantial than the norm. Free wifi. Reception staff could have been friendlier.
