First of all, don't choose this hotel if you hate the colour green. Everything in the hotel is decorated in different shades of green.
The hotel is located very near to the Milan Central Train Station and the underground station. Our room was in the fourth floor and it was really quiet, since we had the last room in the corridor. The room was a bit dated, but everything was clean and working. We asked for a twin room, and got one.
The service was ok, not the friendliest but on the other hand the staff wasn't impolite either. The breakfast was ok.
We stayed for two nights and didn't spend too much time in the hotel, so Flora Hotel was enough for our needs, but wouldn't choose this hotel for a longer stay.

Hotel Flora is a good option for anyone arriving late into or departing early from Milan Central Train Station. It's just a two or three minute walk from the station entrance and very easily found.

Check in was efficient which was great as it was late in the evening when I arrived. Hotel room was well maintained. Hotel and general area was quiet so got a good night's sleep. Continental breakfast was included in the price. Quality of juice and coffee was excellent. Service in general was efficient.

Only downside was lack of free internet,but for a short stay that might not be an issue.

Would consider this hotel again in the future for a short stay.

I was in Milan for two days and I stayed at the Flora Hotel. Location is good, close to the train station and the price was ok. The room/shower were very small but clean. The staff was great specially the lady working in the cafe..she is great. She makes the best coffee.

Flora is ok, has a good location right by the train station but at 75 euros is a bit pricey for the accomodation. You have to pay for tv in 5 or 10 hour blocks, who goes to a hotel to watch the television that long? You also have to pay for internet, and that was quite expensive, there are cheaper internet cafes in the square by the station. Recommended if you stay that you go to bed early as the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you hear everybody moving around in the morning, its quite loud. The one great thing here was the breakfast, a real nice spread. I am glad I had good company or else this could've been not so nice a stay :)
