Clean, good service, great breakfast, nice rooms and bathrooms, very competitive prices. The only problem with this hotel is, that it is quite far from the city center. However the tram has a stop justoutside the hotel, and the line goes directly to the center. And the staff will even sell you the cheap tram-tickets (1,5 euro).

A neat compact budget hotel, perfect for tourists who want a safe clean place to stay & will in all probability spending most of the day out & about sight seeing or shopping in Milan & only returning late in the evenings to a comfortable clean room & bed. Would recommend this hotel for people in the age group of 25 to 40 & are in town on either business or for a short visit. It is admittedly far from the city centre however there is a tram stop right outside the hotel & tram no.14 takes you in to the city centre (Duomo) in 20 odd minutes. Hence if you want to sight see & hang around in the centre of the city & still want the flexibility to return to your hotel every once in a while then perhaps this hotel is not the most convenient, however if you are planning to set off on your day long sight seeing & plan to return late in the evening then this works.
From Milan airport one can take the Malpensa express to the Cadorna station, from where the easiest way to get to the hotel would be to take a taxi, it costs about 14 Euros or so. The hotel it self is compact, the rooms though a bit tiny are packed with all the modern conveniences, such as Kettle for hot beverage, a small mini bar, comfortable bed. The hotel is a bit tight on space, but then again if you are not planning to hang around here all day or not here for a long stay lets say upwards of 5 nights, then I guess this should’nt bother one. Wifi is available in the rooms, but the signal is weak, hence best to leg it to the foyer in front of reception. there are a couple of restaurants just across the road from the hotel. The hotel serves an adequate breakfast in its top floor restaurant. Typical single rooms are available from 50 Euro upwards & I think if I feel it is excellent value for money. The staff here is pleasant, conversant in English, patient & ever willing to help.

The main relief when we booked into the Mirage was how easy it was to find from the Autostrada. Not having a GPS and spending a fair amount of time wondering we were delighted to note a tram stop out front also. We certainly utilised this facility over the next four days. Our room was basic but it had coffee/tea facilities and a good spa bath. We considered with breakfast thrown in this was good value. I did feel that the car parking was a bit expensive but at least we were happy that it was secure and protected. Breakfast was good without being spectacular and the wi-fi was adequate. The staff were always available and 75% of the desk staff were fantastic. Milano and the Mirage coudn't be too bad, we stayed an extra two nights.

I spent 3 days in that Hotel with my Aunt and our puppies. The hotel is far away from the city centre but good served by tram and busses. Rooms are smalls but comfortables. Breakfast was rich on a high quality level. Mirage Staff is both professional and friendly as well. Pets are allowed and treated like humans.
