Had a colleague reserve a room for me from the 12th through the 15th of december.
When i went to check out the morning of the 15th they gave me a bill which also included charges for the night of the 15th. I explained to them that i had a flight that night and that it must have been a miscommunication.
They agreed! But in the most rude tone ever insisted that the customer paysfor a mistake never the hotel.
I would have been happy to have seen them halfway and pay for a part.but instead they made me pay for a room i didnt even stay in.
Well here u go hotel st george. For 110 euros you get a bad review. Rude
