Stayed for 5 nights (business trip) the room is very small, the heater in my room barely work and it was during the coldest winter in Europe, with snow and all..complimentary bottled drinking water was provided on the first day and replenished only on the final day of the stay! check in was inefficient, with only 1 staff doing the check-in while three others just stood there behind the counter..Checked out earlier than planned when the hotel decided to shut down electrical supply for a day for a maintenance work (in the middle of winter with no lighting and heater in the room).. clever..Will not comeback anymore...

I stayed one night in this nice hotel for a convention; it has very clean rooms really full of amenities and towels, and the beds are quite good. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and with a fai variety of choices.
The bar closed at midnight, and this was a problem because this hotel is virtually in the middle of nothing: there was a taxi strike that just nailed us there, and no place where to go to have some fun or at least interesting places to visit. The view from the windows is very poor...
On the other side, the hotel is very close to Linate airport, and the shuttle service is quick and well coordinated.

Had a good business trip, meetings facilities fine with helpful staff. Room average, food good. Crowne Plaza hotels on the whole seem to have lost their shine but this was the best one I have stayed in for a long time. Very convenient for the airport, ideal for this visit. A taxi into Milano took around 15 mins, not sure I would return to this hotel for pleasure.

Nothing gr8 about the hotel. It's a average hotel. The rooms are small and the food is average. Has a free shuttle service to the nearest metro station. Would only recommend if getting an extraordinary gr8 price.
