Stayed 1 night. Average reception service, room small and cleaned, great location. Tv set obsolete and the quality of the image very poor. Quality of pillows mediocre. Number of towels very limited. For one night is ok if your expectations are close to zero.

This hotel is in a great location, not too far from the main attractions. After we settled into our room we noticed that the glass shower door was hanging, broken off of the track. A very dangerous situation and the room never should have been occupied until this was repaired. The telephone in my sister's room did not work as the phone line was broken. It seems that this hotel does not pay attention to upkeep of the rooms. The management ended up changing our room.

On a more positive note, the management was helpful and friendly though they provide no assistance in help for getting the baggage up or down the main entrance stairs. Being an older person, this was not an easy task. The breakfast was included and was very substantial.

We had just a few days in each city during our family trip trhough Italy. This is why central location was important. And also, any hassle was the least desired thing. It takes only 15 minutes and 10 Euros to get to Milano Centrale by taxi. The majority of the city's attractions are commutable by foot. The staff was very friendly.

This hotel has met our objectives on affordable budget. Thanks much for hassle-free time at this temporary home!

this trip was part business, part pleasure, I needed to be in Milan for a meeting on Monday but came Saturday night so could spend Sunday at leisure.

The hotel is in walking distance of the cathedral and shops but it is tucked away in a dingy side street with not much in the immediate vicinity. It does appear to have formal links with a restaurant just around the corner which was good for late night dining on arrival.

The room was on the small side but clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was typically italian with pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit etc etc available.

Service at receptions was helpful and courteous,
