I stayed for 1 night in this hotel so I am not the one to judge the service quality. What I can say is it is 5minutes walking distance to Milano Central Train Gar and also very close to the town center you can either walk in the beautiful street of Milano or take the tube to the Duomo.
My Room was pretty clean with a fancy design.
Morning buffet was rich and very good in quality.

This hotel near Puorta Veneza and Public Garden Indro Montanelli, is well situated in the center of Milan and offers a variety of rooms comfortable and spacious for those traveling with children pequenas.Tem a nice lobby and the staff are helpful, despite the intransigence known Italian speaking other languages​​. The rooms are suitable for the size family business travelers, clean but needs some maintenance to remedy some damage to the mobiliário.Casas spacious bathrooms, which provide hair dryers and towels and all toiletries that need it. Well located with transport at the door (bus and tram) or 500m (subway), there is also a supermarket nearby and a good range of restaurants. Close to the renowned vegetarian restaurant Joia, with one Michelin star, is the ideal place to impress a loved one traveling as a couple or quiet and out of the bustle of the center for business travelers and family

This hotel is a few minutes walk from Milan Centrale Station. (Be warned a Taxi costs 10 euros) Hotel is clean and the room although basic, are very clean. The staff could not have been more helpful they deserve an A*. Excellent breakfast. Location ok but I wished it had been a little closer to the metro.

I travelled here on business and therefore wasnt expecting much. The stay would have been ok but due to the noise and the light outside the room the sleep quality was average. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of pastries.
