4 night stay
location - around 450m from metro station. rooms - fairly decent size.
staff - not overly friendly but efficient.

Stayed 4 nights in May 2010. Clean room although slightly small, breakfast very good. Supermarket and tramstop just round corner. (Tram direct to city centre). Although hotel on city ring road which can be noisy; ask for room at back - much quieter! Garage parking just up the road at special hotel rate.

This hotel is located a good distance from the center of Milan, and all the things you want to see. The room had not been vacuumed before we arrived, but had been sprayed with a very pungent sweet air freshener; otherwise, the room was very clean.

We were traveling in a large group (7 people of three different generations). The staff was frosty, unhelpful, and had misrepresented the availability of parking. Although there is parking available, it is in a private lot, and there is no ability to take your car in and out; it has to stay there for the duration of your stay in Milano.

Breakfast was standard European fare - cold cereal, pastries, coffee generated by an automatic dispenser, etc., in a dark and dated breakfast room.

Our room was very small, with two fee of clearance around the queen-size bed. The bathroom is miniscule, with nowhere to put toiletries. The toilet is placed so close to the shower/bathtub that one has to sit sideways to use the toilet.

Very good value for money. Reasonable breakfast incl. Clean. Friendly staff. 12 Euro per night garage close by.
