We just stayed here from 21-23rd Jan. Finding it was a breeze as we walked out from Centrale station to the hotel - it took us about 7 minutes with suitcases and a baby in a stroller. The streets were a little quiet, but that's Milan for you. Checking in was fine and efficient. We had booked a Double Deluxe room, which turned out to be quite spacious and clean. The decor was nothing to crow about but with the extra space, clean bathrooms, heating etc. we really found it fantastic value for money. The night we arrived we needed to eat something and the reception staff were really helpful in recommending some places nearby. We eventually had pizza from down the road - easy and safe to get to and back. Breakfast in the morning was alright - the cappucino was nice; service could be improved a tad bit; they barely refilled the scrambled eggs and on the 2nd day did not seem to bring out the baked beans at all. The rest of it was alright and expected if you know Italian hotel breakfasts. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel close to Centrale.

Stayed here in November 2011. The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean and the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful in giving us directions to where we were going after we had parked up across the road. Our room was really lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn't eat in the hotel but did eat in the restaurant a few doors down (turn left when you come out of the main hotel door). The food in there was lovely and the senior gentleman that plays the piano was brilliant and made my night!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

This is a nice hotel with good looking rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is nice and the ladies in there do a good job getting coffee and cleaning up after you. The guys at the front desk are very helpful also. They do have Wifi and yes it does cost. We did the 5hrs for 10 euro option.
now some of the negative things that we experienced... The room was quite noisy. We could hear other rooms moving their chairs around and talking late at night. our room was facing the main road, and being a tram line there we could hear every tram quite loud late at night. The heater / air con was not working..(it was really hot in our room the first night and the next morning when we asked if someone could look at it no one seemed too as it was still really hot later on that day) so we would just open the window during the day and then close it when we got in at night, did the trick.
The bed was really small for a double. unlike in many european hotels where they push two singles together, we had a small double bed. would have prefered the two singles.
Room was serviced each also.
Good place and would stay again just hopefully in a different room.

The stand out features of this hotel has to be its service.....consistently good one. Be it the lady manager , Laora ( I hope I get it right ), the other front desk gentleman and the concierge ( the one that brought us breakfast for our very early morning departure ), we have gotten patient and thoughtful service throughout the 2 nights.

As a family of 5, we wanted connecting rooms and we got a pair thats located at the end of the aisle , one on each side. A sliding lockable door just in front of these 2 rooms provided a different concept of a connecting room. Nicely decorated room but just beware that our room c/w some smell. We didnt bother as we stayed for only 2 nights and mostly out.
While its not too far from the Centrale Station, it is a good 15 mins walk with lugguages. It is also located in a business district which means less crowded but it also meant less attractions...

The variety at the breakfast can be improved as it consist of mostly sweet stuff. Some hot and savory stuff will be welcome. Free wifi will be good too.
