Stayed there on biz, mid of March. Booked directly through their website ~ 4 weeks in advance. The prices were quite reasonable taking into consideration several trade fairs during my stay.
It is a relatively small 6-floor hotel, located very near to Milan Central Station. Therefore, easily accessable from Malpensa or Linate by shuttle bus. Nicely decorated small lobby, lots of local newspapers. No restaurant.
Single rooms are really small (around 12m2) but quite cozy. Not much space for belongings. Small 14" TV. Safe. Airconditioning. Bed was ok, but my pillow was very hard and flat, but as I know some people especially like that type. The double room is twice as big as the single room. Really much more spacious.
Small bathroom with a shower tube. In fact it has everything that could be of need. They even managed to fit a standalone bidet there! ))
The breakfast offers not much opportunities - some ham, cheese, bread, croissants, two types of juice, couple types of flakes, some fruits and yoghurt. Anyway, it was more than enough for a satisfying morning start. Besides you get true espresso or capucсino.
The staff was more than friendly - very helpful and polite. I really loved them. )) They remember every guest and their room number ))
Now about problems. Actually, the hotel has two major problems:
1) Small single rooms
2) Underground. Even on the 6th floor ~ when in bed, every 3 minutes you feel the metro train passing by somewhere beneath you. It wasn't a big issue for me, 'cause I felt asleep very fast.
Besides be careful about the room just near the elevator. In addition to subway train "feeling" you'll be "attacked" by the sound of moving elevator, which is much more frequent than metro. ))
