I hade the honor of staying three nights in this place. The 17 floor building is surrounded by other tall buildings which defend against the noise of the streets. The service is good and very friendly. Also the location (5min walking distance from the main staition and subway entrance) is good.
The rooms are spacious, but the furniture and infrastructure is terrible. Starting with the old, slow and tiny elevators, the heating could not be reduced other than having all windows open the whole night, the collapsing table where a collegue only put his suitcase on, the very medium breakfast, the muffy smell in the public areas... overall I have been in much better places for the same price in most European metropoles.
