i have just arrived back from a 4 day break at this hotel i went there to celebrate the new years with my partner i had such a fantastic time the hotel is incredible all the staff are so professional and friendly,
emy a lasy who worked in the bar was very friendly and chatty and careing and made great food also.
paulo receptionist very helpfull with direction and all round a nice guy they all speak great english as they travel to london often for vacation i would recomend this to any 1 that is goin to milan all round great experience thankyou for makeing us feel so welcome

Rooms spacious and clean, very nice breakfast with a wide choice. The hotel is a little bit far from the centre and from the metro station, located in a little weird area of Milan, but as I have seen not dangerous.

Stayed Nov 2011, found staff very helpful, rooms pleasant and clean,but can be very warm even in November. Main subway 10 min walk, recommend local Restaurant Jenners just around the corner from Hotel for good food at decent prices.You wont be disappointed.

We had two rooms on the same floor(12th) as we were travelling with childern. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest tube station. If arriving late at night take a taxi from the main railway station( 14 euro for five people). The hotel was hot even in October as the air conditioning was not on. The rooms are large and have a bath. Breakfast is an acceptable buffet. The area around the hotel felt safe although the graffiti on the wall may make you think otherwise. The Pizzeria Jenner was a good place just round the corner for a good value pizza/pasta meal with drinks for 9 Euro per head. The staff were helpful. If you get a good rate this is a reasonable hotel to stay at but dont expect luxury. The hotel is clean but a little tired.
