small but clean, standard room, on road side but no issues with the noise. fantastic service from all staff. photoshoot happening in entrance the whole time we stayed, a bit awkward. nice breakfast. however experience ruined by ordering 2 schweppes lemonades (those mini-bottles) before we left - 20 euros! serious, are you having a laugh?

Concierge when parking my car damaged it seriously. Complete hotel management promised prompt solve of my case with their insurance company. After three months of ignorance my lawyers must put case to the court. never happened to me, even in low budget hotels.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, the rooms are perfect, the beds are so comfortable its hard to get out of them, the bathrooms are impeccable, the breakfast is delicious. The decoration throughout the whole hotel is superb - the business centre is very high speed, all the staff are helpful and so knowledgable of the area and the whole city - their recommendations for restaurants were sublime.

I spent a few days in Milan with my daughter and we found this hotel to be not only perfect in terms of location but perfectly pristine - The rooms were really nice and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The front desk were great. We had a lovely breakfast on the covered patio - and quite frankly, I spent the next 10 days in different hotels throughout Italy and found this hotel breakfast to be the nicest! Close to the shops and within walking distance to the Duomo - which is a must to go in and go up to the top! L. McDonough
