Hotel was clean although the corridors and the bathrooms were dated. It is actually centrally located next to the main train station which was handy due to a taxi strike the weekend we were there.

The hotel has a very business feel and would not be a good choice for a leisure stay except if your looking just for the basics. The decor is cold although modern.

Staff overall were nice and helpfull. We had access to the executive lounge which was nice and for the little difference in cost is worth it as the lobby is not very warm and the outlets in general were not very appealing.

Internet access even with access to the executive lounge is not complimentary which for a business hotel I though was strange but you can use the computer in the lounge.

Overall I would suggest this property for a business stay or find an alternative for a weekend getaway!

We had room 614 for 2 nights. The room had a king bed, a flat screen TV, an in-room safe, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, table, chair, desk and chair, drawers, ironing facilities, big wardrobe. The room had good fully adjustable air conditioning and heating, good lighting.
The bathroom had heating and a TV speaker.

On check in we received excellent service. They provided a map, highlighted shopping areas, bad areas (around the train station after 11pm).

Buffet breakfast is excellent. Wide range of hot and cold foods and large pastry selection.

As it was our honeymoon, they provided us with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate coated strawberries and kindly swapped the sparkling wine for a bottle of white wine upon request.

The decor of the hotel and room was really nice.

The location was 3 minutes walk to Centrale Station which connects to everywhere including International.

Centrally located hotel,good connections to metro,bus and tram.
Clean rooms and good breakfast.
They make great cocktails at the bar in the lobby.
However do not expect something special.
If you decide to have dinner in the hotel do not expect to be wowed by the staff there - otherwise food was excellent.
The staff at the reception were usually friendly with some exceptions.I highly recommend Pio at the concierge desk - such a smiley face,always helping and in good mood!!

Hotel was clean and the front desk was very helpful but don't expect to see a luxury hotel. Building is old and needs a total renovation in my opinion. There're much better looking hotels closer to the city center in the same price range.
