The room we had was GREAT!, better than expected. We were mostly impressed when we checked into the hotel; its cleanliness, the numerous plugs available for us to charge our various types of batteries, the smiling staff at the reception, the shuttle service driver, etc. 2 boo boos tho' - the expensive 10 Euro / hr for internet access. We thought after the 3 hour black out in the breaking dawn, the hotel could've offered something like free 1 hr internet access as part of service recovery. My tour mates who were checking out then had to lug their own luggages down to ground level. We stayed on but nothing was offered. Shrug!
The toilet seat was cracked and the hair-dryer wire had come out....so probably should change broken furnishings?

The room was quite good, the service and the breakfast more than satisfactory and the staff very polite.
The only thing I found very expensive was the 10 euros for 1 hour wi-fi intenrnet!!!!!

When a very large hotel , take the warm atmosphere. Very good only for formal businesses .
In the restaurant the service of good quality with great sympathy .

This hotel is not 4 star.
The Positives: Maybe cheap, rooms are large
The Negatives: Decor is dated, food and services are terrible. Wi-fi costs €25 per day. Staff are very unhelpful. Aircon did not work in most rooms. Some very basic failings for comfort, location is poor.
