Located way off downtown, we stayed here as a business group. The overall feel and a look at the lobby shows its age. The rooms are large with a seperate sitting area plus walk-in wardrobe, and indeed , i think they proclaim themselves as "all suite". But the good things end there, as it looks pretty worn out. The 2 thankfully flat screen tvs are tiny and the only watchable english channel is BBC news. Like most 3-4 star western hotels, quark doesn't provide bathrobes, toothbrushes or drinking water, so bring your own. They don't have a standing shower stall either, and showering in the tub is a pain as the water trickles, the temperature is very diificult to control, and there is no shower curtain, just half a sheet of frosted glass that lets water splash all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast is somewhat ok with a decent spread, but the ambience is that of a school canteen somewhat
