Very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Staff friendly. Food very nice. Excellent hotel to stay at if you have an early or late flight.

before and after my trip to Hong Kong I slept in Novotel-Linate and I was very satisifed. Very nice hotel for visiting Milano and transfer to other states with Alitalia fly. Excelent offer with free internet and games for children. The breakfast is good, but it could be better ( cakes ).

I stayed for one night when travelled on business. Very clean hotel, spacious ( by european standards) rooms, free shuttle to airport. I had few free hours after meeting, so I decided to go to the Center to see the Cathedral. There is a tram stop near the hotel and 20 min later I was on a central plaza. Hotel stuff have me a map of the city and explained where I should exit. The hotel restairant is good but very expensive, I woudl recommend to have dinner in the city and then hop on a tram that goes directly to the hotel.

After calling the hotel for a ride from the airport to the hotel and we were told it would take 5 minutes to be picked up. It took 4 phone calls to the hotel and almost an hour to finally get the ride. At one point, the shuttle van actually drove past the pickup point without even slowing down. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the staff was totally unconcerned about the poor service we received.

When I went to take a shower, the water was only cool. Not hot, not warm, not lukewarm but cool at best. And the shower pan drained so slowly that water almost flooded out into the bathroom and into the room. Given the the earlier lackadaisical attitude of the staff, we felt it would be a waste of time to call for maintenance service.

The rooms are clean but basic, the service substandard and the location was convenient to the airport but isolated from any city amenities. We stayed there because we had an early flight, but next time I'll stay in a more central location.
