Prior to booking this hotel, I read a lot of reviews saying it was overpriced and not a 4 star hotel. From my experience, it's true. But, if you can get it at a lower rate (any kind of special offer or discount) and if you're not aiming for a super luxurious option, this is a very nice place to stay.
Our room (a classic double room) was decent-sized with a relatively big bathroom, and clean. It was simple in design, but comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fairly rich (comparing to most Italian hotels) and the staff was polite and helpful. It might not have all the facilities 4 star hotels usually have, but it's enough for a very pleasant stay.
UNA Mediterraneo is located near the Porta Romana area, which is pretty quiet, despite being close to the central part. For those who don't feel like walking about half an hour to the center, the metro station of P.ta Romana is just a few minutes away.
This is a quiet and pleasant hotel for those who look for a comfortable, but not extremely fancy place to stay.

this Hotel is very clean, good rooms and breakfast but far from the hot spots. Lucky Milan has subway.

Very satisfied with service, room and full buffet breakfast (best ever in Europe). Received a very good deal ($120US through Hotwire).
Only difficulty was finding hotel from closest metro station, however other than that, seamless visit.

We've had a wonderful experience staying at the UNA Mediterraneo Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with questions. The hotel room was clean and pleasant. We can even see the spire of the Duomo from our room. The metro
station is only two minutes walk. The only issue with the hotel was that the breakfast sausage is a bit salty. We would love to return to the hotel on our next trip.
