I have seen that everybody had a great experience with this place, but my impression was terrible even without staying there: i booked two rooms that i had to cancel as we have chosen a better hotel. Due to mistake by the clerk the money for one of the rooms was still taken off my credit card. By now it has taken two months of back and forth emails and still no result. The management is extremely non responsive and keeps promising to "send money by the end of the week".
I am passing this case to fraud department by now, but a warning to other travellers: stay away from this place.
